When you write historical fiction you fall in love with your fictive world, or at least I do. Ravensbruck is a strange place to fall in love with but everything about it fascinates me.
I’m not alone though, certainly, since the site 3Reichcollector.com has a whole host of authentic collectables from concentration camps, including this incredible card that survived Ravensbruck.
It’s terribly expensive and not as practical as some gifts but hopefully my husband will see this post and put it under the tree. A lovely reminder that we should all be thankful we’re not at Ravensbruck this holiday season.
